New Book: Carnivorous Plants

Researchers from around the world, led by Harvard Forest senior ecologist Aaron Ellison, have just published a major scientific synthesis on the physiology, ecology, and evolutionary biology of carnivorous plants.

A walk through any bookstore will turn up dozens of popular, coffee-table books about carnivorous plants, but until this month, there have only been 3 synthetic, scientific treatments of what Charles Darwin called “the most wonderful plants in the world.”
