Regional Studies
New England is a large and varied region. To understand and study this variation and the resulting diverse ecological and conservation issues Harvard Forest researchers have developed several large research projects investigating separate landscapes across the region. In addition, we study some processes across the state of Massachusetts or entire New England area and develop comparative studies of these processes in other parts of the globe.
